Estence hold its name from its sparkly character (the French "estenceler" means sparkle). The Premier Cru chamapagne from Grauves has an original personality. It's woody note brings both a smokey and an expression to Chardonnay, strengthened by Pinot Noir. This is a gastronomic champagne and can be served as a festive aperitif or with shelfish and refined dishes.
