Domaine du Cellier des Cray (Adrien Berlioz)
Domaine Adrien Berlioz (formerly Cellier des Cray) began in 2006 with 1.5 hectares of vines belonging to Adrien's father, Joseph. After purchasing land and a few years of work, the vineyard covers 7 hectares in 2020. There are 17 single-plot wines with the Jacquère, Altesse, Malvoisie, Bergeron grape varieties for the whites and Mondeuse noire, Persan and Douce Noire for the Reds. Marl, moraine, scree, silt and schist deserve an expression per vintage according to the altitude, the exposure, the soil/subsoil, the winds... The slope is our playground. All the wines are Demeter certified.
