Join us on November 11 at Restaurant Réliva in Bruges for an exclusive gastronomic evening celebrating seasonal flavours and exceptional wines.

🍽️ An exquisite 6-course menu:
Beetroot · Scallops · Ceviche · Catch of the Day · Hare Saddle Fillet · Pineapple

Each course will be accompanied by two carefully selected wines, allowing you to discover how different wine styles can complement, contrast with and elevate the flavours of each dish.

Throughout the evening, Eddy Vandeputte, Sommelier and Wine Curator at Winesbio, will guide you through all 12 wines, sharing insights into their origins, terroirs, winemakers and unique food-pairing characteristics.

Every guest will also receive exclusive documentation featuring the wines and their pairings, allowing you to revisit this exceptional tasting experience at home.
