Château Cavale 2023 is an honest, fruit-driven Bordeaux made by Jean-Yves Millaire. Crafted from Merlot with an organic, biodynamic approach and natural vinification, it places purity, freshness and easy enjoyment at the centre.

The 2023 vintage is particularly lively and expressive. Generous dark and red fruit is balanced by freshness and a subtle peppery accent, creating an approachable wine with clear regional character.
