Marramiero Metodo Classico Brut
A refined and elegant Italian sparkling wine with fine bubbles, fresh citrus notes, brioche nuances and a crisp, persistent finish.
Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and expressive, showing aromas of citrus, green apple, white peach and white flowers, complemented by subtle notes of brioche, almond and pastry from the lees ageing. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and elegant, with lively acidity, creamy mousse and a long mineral finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with oysters, seafood, sushi, shellfish, tempura, light fish dishes, fresh cheeses and refined appetizers. Also pairs beautifully with festive occasions and elegant Mediterranean cuisine.
