Tasting Notes
Marramiero Altare 2023 is a full, structured and gastronomic white wine made from Trebbiano d’Abruzzo. It shows an intense golden-yellow colour, with a rich and elegant nose of ripe fruit, fig, candied citrus, honey, delicate spice and subtle oak. On the palate, it is broad, sapid and well-balanced, with good concentration, freshness and a long, persistent finish.
Food Pairing
Excellent with refined fish dishes, seafood, shellfish, creamy fish preparations, mushroom dishes, poultry in cream sauce, risotto, aged hard cheeses such as Parmigiano, and rich Mediterranean cuisine.
