Deep purple colour. The nose opens with fresh blackberry, blackcurrant and dark cherry, followed by peppery spice and subtle Mediterranean nuances. Full and characterful on the palate, with silky tannins, concentrated dark fruit and well-integrated oak. The finish is long, spicy and persistent.

🍽️ Food pairing

Excellent with duck breast, grilled or roasted red meats, lamb, game and slow-cooked meat dishes. Its fruit and spicy character also work particularly well with aromatic, mildly spicy exotic cuisine
