Deep, dense purple colour. The nose is refined yet powerful, revealing blackberry and dark berry fruit layered with spice, liquorice and smoky nuances. The palate is concentrated and structured, with silky, velvety tannins and impressive depth. A powerful yet polished Hermitage with a long, savoury and persistent finish.

🍽️ Food pairing

Superb with roast beef, côte de boeuf, venison, wild boar, roast lamb and slow-braised meats. Also excellent with truffle dishes and mature hard cheeses.
