🍇 About the wine
Domaine Roc des Anges Maury Tuilé Hors d’Âge is produced under the Les Terres de Fagayra name from Grenache Noir and Carignan grown on the schist slopes of Maury in the Roussillon. The old vines give naturally concentrated fruit, while fermentation with indigenous yeasts and mutage preserves part of the grapes’ natural sweetness.
Long oxidative ageing in foudres and 228- and 500-litre barrels develops the wine’s deep mahogany-tuilé colour, velvety texture and remarkable aromatic complexity. The Hors d’Âge designation reflects extended ageing of at least five years.
