A very pure white wine with a very intense minerality. 

The wine has a lot of elegance and we discover notes of honeysuckle, jasmine, touches of pink grapefruit and notes of lime zest. This wine gives a perfect balance between acidity, substance, bitters and minerality. The wine has incredible depth and length from this Roussanne.

Harvested from 20 year old vines on clay-silt-limestone soils on friable rock at 10 cm.

Ideal with fatty fish, white meat and Savoyard cheeses.
