Château de Lavernette Le Jeune Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau 2025
A joyful, biodynamic Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau bursting with strawberry, raspberry and cherry, made for immediate drinking and best served lightly chilled.
🍇 About the wine
Le Jeune 2025 is Château de Lavernette’s youthful Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau, made from Gamay and released to celebrate the new vintage. Organic and biodynamic farming, careful harvesting and a fruit-focused vinification preserve the grape’s vivid perfume and natural energy.
The style is deliberately immediate and convivial: bright, juicy and low in tannic weight, yet with enough freshness and structure to remain distinctly gastronomic.
