Château de Lavernette Granit Blanc de Noir Brut Nature
An original Brut Nature blanc de noir from Gamay, combining delicate red-fruit character, mineral freshness and fine, airy bubbles in a distinctly Beaujolais expression.
🍇 About the wine
Granit Blanc de Noir is one of Château de Lavernette’s most distinctive cuvées: a sparkling white made from dark-skinned Gamay grown on the granitic soils of the Beaujolais. Pressed gently to keep the juice pale, it captures Gamay’s fruit and energy in an elegant sparkling form.
The wine is finished Brut Nature, with no dosage, giving a dry and precise profile in which the granite-derived freshness and delicate fruit remain clearly visible.
