Weingut Hagn Unique Grüner Veltliner 2021
Awarded 94 points in the Falstaff Ultimate Wine Guide 2025/26, this organic Grüner Veltliner combines opulent ripe fruit, savoury spice and mineral freshness with impressive power and elegance.
🍇 About the wine
Weingut Hagn Unique Grüner Veltliner 2021 is a distinctive, full-bodied expression of Austria’s signature white grape, produced from carefully selected, fully ripe grapes grown in Lower Austria.
The bouquet reveals ripe mango, fresh apple, kumquat and delicate blossom honey, complemented by savoury tobacco, meadow herbs and subtle caramel. Powerful and concentrated on the palate, the wine retains elegance through its finely balanced acidity and mineral structure, leading to a persistent, complex finish.
Fourteen months of maturation on the lees in large wooden barrels add texture, depth and ageing potential while preserving the grape’s distinctive freshness and spicy character.
