Marramiero Punta di Colle Chardonnay 2023
A rich and gastronomic Abruzzo Chardonnay with ripe candied fruit, acacia honey, subtle spice, oak complexity and a long velvety finish.
Tasting Notes
Intense, bright golden yellow in colour. The nose is elegant, concentrated and complex, with aromas of ripe and candied fruit, acacia honey, beeswax, figs, dates and yellow flowers, followed by refined spicy nuances of cinnamon, clove, ginger and dried rose. On the palate, it is warm, full and velvety, with excellent balance, layered texture and long persistence.
Food Pairing
Excellent with refined fish dishes, rich seafood preparations, delicate white meats, poultry in cream sauce, creamy pasta, hard cheeses with bitter honey or rosehip jam, and even dry pastries after the meal.
