Gregor Schup Ried Schwaben Rotgipfler 2016
A rare, mature single-vineyard Rotgipfler with pear, orange peel and honey, enriched by smoke, butter, toasted almond and profound mineral length.
🍇 About the wine
Ried Schwaben Rotgipfler 2016 is a benchmark expression of Austria's indigenous Rotgipfler grape from a Große Lage vineyard in Gumpoldskirchen. Limestone-rich soils and maturation in large Austrian oak casks give the wine concentration, creamy texture and complexity without masking its fruit.
