Les Bons Ores lies opposite the vineyards of Aloxe-Corton. Around 80% of Domaine Jean-Pierre Guyon’s vines in this parcel are more than a century old, giving this Chorey-lès-Beaune unusual depth and intensity while retaining its lively, approachable character.

Appearance: Bright, deep purple-red.
Nose: Expressive raspberry, red cherry and forest berries with spice, liquorice and a subtle earthy-mineral note.
Palate: Medium-bodied, generous and pure, with juicy red and black raspberry fruit, fine tannins and fresh acidity.
Finish: Long, energetic and lightly saline.
