🍇 About the wine
Château Falfas 2019 is a characterful Côtes de Bourg built around Merlot, complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Malbec.
The grapes are harvested by hand at full ripeness, completely destemmed and lightly crushed before vatting. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts. The wine is matured in barrels, including 30% new oak, and bottled unfiltered to preserve its depth and authentic expression.
