🍇 About the wine
Madame de is an expressive Viognier from the Ardèche, distinguished by its mineral character, generous texture and aromatic complexity.
Fermentation in oak with indigenous yeasts is followed by twelve months of ageing on the fine lees. This brings roundness, depth and subtle toasted nuances while preserving freshness and precision. The wine is neither fined nor filtered.
