Château de la Selve L'audacieuse Rosé 2024
An ambitious biodynamic rosé combining vibrant red fruit and citrus with mineral tension, refined texture and remarkable gastronomic depth.
🍇 About the wine
L’Audacieuse is a distinctive terroir-driven rosé from the Ardèche. Produced from old vines and matured on its lees, it is conceived as a serious gastronomic wine rather than a simple summer rosé.
The wine combines vibrant red fruit and fresh citrus with floral nuances, subtle spice and a delicate toasted note. Ageing in demi-muids and amphorae brings texture and complexity while preserving freshness and mineral precision.
