Les Talmettes is one of the refined climats of Savigny-lès-Beaune, overlooking Les Lavières. Sandy marl dominates the slope, while ferruginous oolitic limestone appears toward the top of the hill, contributing perfume, finesse and a light, lace-like character.

The wine matures for twelve months in oak, supporting its aromatic expression and delicate structure without obscuring its elegant fruit.
