L’Herbe Folle Symphonie 2023 is a characterful blend of Braucol, Syrah and Merlot. Ripe fruit and regional identity are supported by structure, freshness and the potential to develop further in bottle.

Morello cherry leads the aromatic profile, followed by cocoa, vanilla and cinnamon. The clear, elegant attack and well-defined tannins carry the fruit through to a savoury finish.
