Château les Vignals La Fauvette Rouge 2018
A mature, polished biodynamic red combining dark fruit, cocoa and spice with fine tannins, depth and a long, characterful finish.
🍇 About the wine
La Fauvette Rouge 2018 is a generous blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon from clay-limestone soils on the Cordais plateau. Bottle age has added harmony and savoury complexity to its concentrated fruit.
Integral vinification and eighteen months in French oak barrels bring structure and texture while maintaining balance and aromatic precision.
