Innocent Brut 2023 is a traditional-method sparkling wine made entirely from Mauzac, Gaillac’s historic white grape. It combines floral purity with lively freshness and a refined mousse.

White-flower aromas are joined by nostalgic toasted and croissant notes. The fine bubbles sharpen the wine’s freshness while adding elegance and festive appeal.
