Bonnet Orange 2023 is a skin-contact Pinot Gris fermented for around one month and matured in terracotta egg-shaped vessels without added sulphur.

Appearance: Bright salmon-orange.
Nose: Peach, citrus, red fruit, flowers and a subtle minty lift.
Palate: Broad and airy, with gentle tannins, concentrated fruit and fresh mineral energy.
Finish: Powerful, savoury and persistent.
