Pinot Gris, at a place called Les Cray in Chignin, marl soil. An intense nose of slightly honeyed apricot, on the palate it is fatty with a lovely freshness we find notes of apricots and wedges with a buttery finish. This Malvoisie (Malvasia) can be enjoyed on many occasions such as fatty fish (salmon, tuna, etc.), shellfish, mature and hard cheeses and lean fish.
