Louis Chenu Pere et Filles 'Les Bruchots' 2023 Blanc
A bright organic white Burgundy with crisp apple, hazelnut and silvery mineral freshness, combining Chardonnay finesse with subtle old-oak texture.
🍇 About the wine
Les Bruchots comes from a 30-year-old Chardonnay parcel situated toward the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune at gentle altitude. Its very stony clay-limestone soil gives the wine freshness, clarity and a refined mineral line.
Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in seasoned oak barrels previously used for two to four wines. This brings gentle texture and complexity while keeping the fruit precise and transparent.
