Jérôme Arnoux Vin de Paille 2015 Blanc
A deeply concentrated Jura Vin de Paille with dried apricot, raisin, quince honey and exotic spice, balancing luscious sweetness with vivid freshness.
🍇 About the wine
This traditional Vin de Paille blends Poulsard and Savagnin. The grapes are harvested at the beginning of the vintage and laid on straw-covered racks in an attic, where they dry for more than four and a half months. This passerillage concentrates their sugars, acidity and aromas.
After pressing, the wine matures for three years in oak barrels, developing exceptional depth while retaining the freshness needed to balance its natural richness.
