Intense and fragrant with aromas of fresh red fruits (tart) and flowers. Round and light. Better than some Burgundy wines, it is a very fine, elegant and refined wine. It's greedy on crunchy fruit… a real “revelation”! It's a wine for meals and a tasting wine. To drink alone or accompanied by quail stuffed with cabbage, tournedos or beef fillet Rossini style, lobster in butter.

Intense et parfumé avec des arômes de fruits rouges frais (acidulés) et de fleurs. Ronde et légère. Mieux que certains vins de Bourgogne, c’est un vin très fin, élégant et raffiné. Il est gourmand sur le fruit croquant… Une vrai “révélation” ! C’est un vin de repas et de dégustation. A boire seul ou accompagné de cailles farcies au chou, tournedos ou filet de boeuf façon Rossini, homard au beurre blanc. Carafage conseillé, à ouvrir au moins 45 minutes avant dégustation.

JP Guyon baie par baie

Jean-Pierre Guyon uses "baie par baie technique" already since 2020. The result is called the pinot caviar: grapes destemmed by hand, berry by berry, with a pair of scissors - leaving the grapes intact with the pedicels in place.
