Wine full of character. In the scent apple, citrus, lychee and peach. The taste is dry with salty notes, lots of ripe fruit, such as peach and kiwi. A captivatingly elegant atypical Chardonnay. This wine is an ideal addition to a quiche, cheese soufflé, au gratin or grilled fish. They go also perfectly with creamy fried snails, crayfish or a scallop. It also accompanies a thin slice of raw Jura ham.
