Jérôme Arnoux Vin Jaune 2016 Blanc
A profound Jura Vin Jaune with walnut, toast, curry spice and citrus, shaped by six years under flor into a dry, saline and exceptionally persistent Savagnin.
🍇 About the wine
Vin Jaune is one of the Jura’s most distinctive wines. Made from Savagnin, it spends six years in open oak barrels beneath a naturally forming veil of yeast. The wine is not fortified; its concentration, oxidative complexity and remarkable stability develop through this long, patient élevage.
