L’Instinct brings together Syrah from Domaine Jolivet’s nine Saint-Joseph parcels. Each plot is vinified and matured separately before the final blend is assembled for bottling, preserving both precision and the character of the appellation.

Appearance: Deep ruby with violet reflections.
Nose: Fragrant violet and layered spice.
Palate: Structured yet finely balanced, with smooth, silky tannins.
