Domaine Jean-Pierre Guyon Chorey lès Beaune 'Les Bons Ores' 2024
Born from the tiny, rigorously selected 2024 crop, this vivid Chorey-lès-Beaune combines juicy red berries, liquorice and fine earthy depth.
🍇 About the wine
This Pinot Noir reflects the character of Chorey-lès-Beaune, shaped by Jean-Pierre Guyon’s exacting vineyard work and cellar approach.
2024 vintage: A very small, rigorously sorted crop. Guyon retained his 100% whole-bunch approach and is extending maturation beyond the first year in oak with Clayver ceramic vessels, preserving the domaine’s floral precision while building mid-palate texture.
