A refined, organically grown Chianti Classico that perfectly captures the elegance, freshness and authenticity of Gaiole in Chianti.

🥂 Tasting Notes

Appearance bright ruby red with youthful brilliance.

Aroma the nose is expressive and elegant, opening with aromas of ripe cherry, wild raspberry and red currant, complemented by delicate violet blossoms and hints of Mediterranean herbs. Gentle ageing in French oak contributes subtle notes of cedar, sweet spice and a touch of vanilla, adding complexity without masking the purity of the fruit.

Palate on the palate, the wine is vibrant and beautifully balanced. Juicy red fruit is supported by lively acidity, fine-grained tannins and a distinct mineral freshness that reflects the high-altitude vineyards of Gaiole in Chianti.

Finish the finish is long, savoury and refined, lingering with notes of ripe cherries, subtle spices and earthy Tuscan character. Already approachable in its youth, the 2021 vintage also has the structure and elegance to evolve gracefully over the coming decade.
