A delicious natural Chardonnay. Fermented for 5 days with the skin and matured for 18 months in old French barriques. Deep golden yellow color. Sweet aroma in the nose with yellow apple, yellow plum, quince, almond and vanilla. The same in the fresh and slightly oily palate with additional notes of dried fruit, lemon peel and hints of rosemary.The aftertaste is very long, which indicates great class. The acidity is balanced to the point.
This wine goes well with freshly baked fish and other fish dishes, goat cheese, lamb and hard and medium cheeses.
