A lovely pale gold dress enhanced with green brightens up our peepers. The nose is energetic and invigorating with lemony and anise notes. On the palate, it is a thirst-quenching, perky and refreshing wine underpinned by the contribution of oak barrels. Grilled and buttery notes enrich its aroma. A fair balance between roundness and lightness. With aperitif accompanied by mature cheeses and cold meats with crudités to dip. Drink now or over the next 5 to 8 years depending on the vintage.
