Halfway between Cognac through its wine distillation and Whiskey through its aging in bourbon barrels , the Domaine du Chenoy is releasing a wine brandy to celebrate its 20th anniversary in close collaboration with the Radermacher Distillery. Helixir can be drunk all year round as a digestif with or without ice and used as a spirit base in cocktails.
