This wine is made from the estate’s 9 plots of Saint Joseph. Each of them is vinified and matured separately then assembled before bottling. The wines are aged between 12 and 14 months. First nose of spices and violets, fine and silky tannins on a beautiful tannic structure with a nice balance. This wine goes well with duck breast, leg of lamb, coq au vin and cheeses like Rambol, Saint-Albray, Richmont and others from the region.
