Clay-limestone soil, average age of the vines 100 years. The harvest is manual. Direct pressing, vinified in oak barrels. Neither fining nor filtration. Tasting: a fruity and lively aromatic profile combines its finesse, freshness, acidity and cheerfulness in glasses to accompany the aperitif. You can also pair it with a main dish, white meats, poultry, vegetable purees, spring vegetables, fish and seafood.
