Aged in oak barrels for two years, it expresses all its elegance and complexity. The Refuge de Chavannes is a tribute to the Land of Puy Notre Dame where the wines draw their character.

Under the vines of the Enchantoir hill, lie the troglodyte cellars which served as a hiding place for the ancestors during the wars: the Refuge de Chavannes. With their composition of Turonian limestone and clay, these cellars support the Chenin vines.
