Selection of 40-year-old vines, located at Roche de Glun in the south of the appellation. Manual harvest. Direct pressing and settling. Vinification in vats and demi-muid with native yeasts. Aged for 10 months in vats and demi-muid. Beautiful golden yellow color. On the nose, floral notes accompanied by honeyed aromas. On the palate, beautiful structure with nice fat and good length on the dried fruits. Goes perfectly with fish in sauce or meats accompanied by a white sauce.
