Vegetables in a dish are rarely so dominant that the choice of wine must be based on this. Nevertheless, vegetables play an increasingly important role in preparations, and therefore it may be necessary to adjust the wine choice in certain preparations. Of course, vegetables play the leading role in vegetarian and vegan dishes, which determines the choice of wine. There are so many vegetables, and as many preparations as possible, that it is impossible to propose a suitable wine for each vegetable separately. It is therefore useful to observe some general rules. We divide the vegetables into 3 groups (see submenus).
