In the Ardèche the vines are in the heart of the scrubland with the burning sun shining during the day but temperatures cooling during the nights and the clay-limestone soils dating from the Cretaceous period have aromas of truffle and humus.
In the vines, the objective of the domain is to promote the life of the soil and the natural defenses of the vine thanks to organic and biodynamic work which allows minerality and finesse to express themselves in the wines. In the cellar, the winegrower adopts a minimally interventionist approach by naturally accompanying the wine during the winemaking process to create living wines that reflect the wonderful Ardèche terroir.
