This wine comes from a 30-year-old plot of vines called “Les Bruchots”. This plot is located towards the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, slightly at altitude. The clay-limestone soil is very stony. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation take place in old oak barrels of 2 to 4 wines. This wine goes well with fatty fish, seafood, mild and soft cheese and cold meats.
