A native of Limousin, Eric settled in 1987 on a farm in Bragelogne-Beauvoir, a village located in the extreme south of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. He cultivates 2 ha 25 of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, as well as truffles, in organic farming. The work of the soil and the vines translates daily, in all its gestures, respect for the rhythm of nature and the seasons. To listen calmly and patiently to nature, to watch it and accompany it, only one word: TIME!
