Wine Pairing Asparagus
A vegetable we should enjoy when spring starts, is the asparagus. With this special vegetable you make a choice for crispy, refreshing and unoaked white wine. Sauvignon blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Chardonnay, Arneis and even Gewurtztraminer all pair very well. If you want to make it a little bit more festive then go for a Crémant or Champagne made mainly from Chardonnay. If you prefer a red wine, then go for a dry strict unoaked Gamay or Carignan.
