Rich and excellent oxidative scent from dried apricots, apple slices, orange marmalade and starfruit. Excellent pure flavors, soft and mellow, with notes of citrus, orange zest, herbs, branded cherries. Beautiful and elegant macerated white wine. Soft tannins and a medium body.
Sea food as well as fresh-water fishes and meat starters. The wine connects well with main dishes too as pasta and rice on a truffle base.
