At Puy Notre Dame, it is at the foot of the ruins of the Château de Chavannes, on the white Turonian rocks of the Enchantoir hill that the exceptional character of this Chenin is expressed. Harvested by hand, this vintage is aged on lees to preserve the intensity and liveliness of its aromas of fruit and white flowers.
