Squid - Calamar

Squid has a delicate flavor, so when pairing it with wine, you'll want to consider wines that complement rather than overpower its taste.
Sauvignon Blanc: Its crisp acidity and herbal notes can complement squid dishes. Vermentino or Rolle: This wine often has a hint of salinity that can complement the taste of squid. Dry Rosé A versatile option, especially if the squid dish has some spice or tanginess. Gamay: A light red wine with low tannins that can pair nicely with squid. Poulsard: A lighter red wine with its subtle flavors can be a surprising but enjoyable match for squid.
