From the vineyard Braja in Santo Stefano Roero this Roero Riserva is made, that takes its name from the Piedmontese dialect word “shout” and was inherited by grandfather Aldo. The wine is perfectly expressing the combination in elegance and power of Nebbiolo. The vines enjoy a south-west exposure, with a sandy soil that exalt the typical characteristics of Roero DOCG.
Deep red garnet red color, with notes of violets, baked fruit, sweet spices. Tannins are smooth and elegant; the wine is showing a great structure that make it suitable for a long ageing. Pairs well with main courses and red meats.

Du vignoble Braja à Santo Stefano Roero est élaboré ce Roero Riserva, qui tire son nom du mot dialecte piémontais "crier" et a été hérité par le grand-père Aldo. Le vin exprime parfaitement l'alliance de l'élégance et de la puissance du Nebbiolo. Les vignes bénéficient d'une exposition sud-ouest, avec un sol sablonneux qui exalte les caractéristiques typiques du Roero DOCG.
Couleur rouge grenat profond, avec des notes de violette, de fruits cuits, d'épices douces. Les tannins sont suaves et élégants; l'ensemble présente une belle structure qui le rend apte à un long vieillissement. Se marie bien avec les plats principaux et les viandes rouges.
