The grapes were picked at the start of the harvest, then placed on racks covered with a bed of straw (paille). The grapes have dried out in an attic for more than 4 and a half months, concentrating on sugar, acidity and aromas.
The color is very amber. The nose is powerful, fruity with aromas of raisins, apricots, notes of quince honey, and an amazing spicy side. The mouth follows the aromas of the nose: there is a lot of concentration, fruit, a certain freshness and a very nice balance. Food and Wine Pairing: Aperitifs and Desserts.
